My experience was COMFORTABLE, everything was great. Breakfast was great and there was lots of food to choose from. I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from San Francisco City Hall.

The hotel was secure, with beautiful location near shops in Hayes. We liked our room that was recently updated and available with tea/coffee etc and stylish touches, for instance. The staff was brilliantly friendly and informative.

the staff was personable, the room was updated and fairly new. the beds were lovely, i slept well. they made my stay very delightful. had fresh made breakfasts with bread from a local bakery. easy location to golden produce. perfect service everywhere too.
